The Admissions Process

Making the right choice for your loved one’s care can often be a very difficult decision for anyone to make. Our admissions department is ready to assist you every step of the way. Our Admissions Department will coordinate the transition from the hospital to our facility, working with the case managers, social workers, physicians and other health agencies.
